RHA Google Drive  - All RHA documents for the current and past senates can be found online in RHA's Google Drive. Below are a list of documents and those responsible for updates. 

  • Agendas - Agendas outline the business of each RHA Senate Meeting and is set each week by the RHA President based on presentations, elections, bills, or any other items submitted for that meeting. Agendas and any additional documents are then sent to the RHA Senators prior to that weeks meetings for review. 
  • Minutes - Minutes refer to the documents created by the Chief of Operations recording the business of each RHA meeting. These detailed notes show the decisions made, reasons why, and votes on official business. Once completed meetings minutes are then emailed out for review and approval by the RHA Senate before the next week's meeting.
  • Bills - A Bill is a formal document requesting support for a resolution, statement, initiative, or funds from RHA. RHA manages funds that come from student fees, and we use this money to help host events for residents on campus or to support important initiatives in the residence halls. Bills are submitted online through RHA's submission form and are reviewed and formatted by the Speaker of the Senate and submitted to the Executive Board for consideration for upcoming RHA meetings.
